Produce high quality Apps for Android and IOS, plan, assign and direct the activities of professional and technical personnel, review and analyze existing applications programs and programs in development to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of those programs, review performance of application programs to ensure program efficiency, follow best App development guidelines from Apple and Google for ITunes and Google Play Stores, implement Apps development and test process, comply with copyright when using 3rd party or open source, report to Engineering Director.
